Thirty years,
one ledger.

Jayanti Bhai Rawal started building in Mira Bhayandar in 1992: one modest construction company, one town. Thirty years on, the group builds homes and shopping complexes across Maharashtra and north Gujarat, taking a site from land and approvals all the way through to handover.

What changed is the method. Listings now go out with proper photography, video tours and written detail, and every resale or booking is checked on paper before it is checked by handshake. What has not changed is who you deal with: the second generation runs the business their father built, and the phone is still answered by a Rawal.
